Before you tap book

The five things people ask before they hand over a Saturday.

Do I have to make an account first?

No. You choose a duration, a day and a start time before we ask anything about you. Name, phone and vehicle come after the bay is held.

No card needed to book. You pay at the shop when you are done, for the time you actually used.

What if my car can't go up safely?

We ask four screening questions when you book — lowered, EV or hybrid, weight, and the state of the pinch welds — so we know before you drive over. We set the arms and check the lift points with you on the day.

If it still cannot be raised safely, the visit ends there and we refund the unused time. We would rather say no than guess.

Can I bring a helper?

Yes. Send them the waiver link from your booking and they sign it on their own phone before arriving. Closed-toe shoes for both of you — that one is not negotiable.

What happens if the job runs long?

We text you 45 minutes before your time is up so you can add an hour from your phone, charged at the normal rate for that hour. If the bay is booked straight after you, we will tell you then rather than at the door.

What do you do, and what don't you do?

We rent space and equipment. We do not diagnose, advise, or supervise your repair, and nobody from the shop touches your vehicle except to set and clear the lift. The full list is further down this page.
